Shipping Policy

For all orders above $150 USD we offer free shipping, orders below this amount we charge a shipping fee, check the table below.

• Only 12 items (total) is allowed per order.
• We are not responsible for any duties or taxes collected by Customs.
• We are not responsible for delays that may occur during the Customs Clearance process.
• If a package is returned due to not being collected from the designated pickup location, or because the buyer declined to accept it, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed. Upon return, a refund will be initiated exclusively for the products purchased.
• If your order exceeds 2kg, it will be divided into two or more packages, and additional tracking codes will be provided for each package.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Please note that the shipping address and contact information cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
• Rates and delivery times are subject to change without notice.
• Estimated Transit Times is a reference to the package traveling from Japan to the destination country and do not mean prompt delivery time.
• Delays may occur and are beyond our control.
